If I accidentally wash the diapers along with my clothes, how do I get rid of the remnants?

babycare_img_fukidashi

If you accidentally wash the diapers in the washing machine, you'll find gel-like substances and paper remnants on your clothes and the interior of the washing machine. The substance is a water-absorbing polymer which expands after absorbing pee or the water in the washing machine. The paper remnants are from the materials in the diapers, such as paper pulp and non-woven cloth.

How to remove remnants on the clothes

  1. Before drying the clothes, use a brush to remove the remnants. You can also use adhesive tapes to remove them.
  2. After drying, if there are still some remnants, brush the clothes again.
  3. If you have the time, you can wash the clothes again after they are dry.

How to remove remnants on the interior of the washing machine

Firstly, clear away the residue in the dirt net. Then use a paper towel to wipe dry the interior of the washing machine. After that, rinse with water again to clean it thoroughly.

Effects on the body

Any polymer, paper pulp, or non-woven cloth that has direct contact to the skin will not cause any harm to your body.
