Merries Product FAQ

Merries advises "frequent" diaper changes--how often does that mean?

If the wetness indicator has turned blue, indicating a wet diaper, you should generally change the diaper straight away. Check the diaper around feeding time and when baby wakes up. In the following cases, body wastes are likely to irritate baby's skin and induce redness, so check baby's skin condition frequently, regardless of whether the wetness indicator has changed color.

  • When baby's skin is already red
  • When baby is not feeling well, has a cold or fever
  • When baby has a diarrhea or loose poo
  • When baby has been in a sitting position for a period of time
